On A4130 at Didcot Parkway Station signed from M4, J13 & A34

Recreating the golden age of the Great Western Railway with a fine collection of over 20 steam locomotives, housed in the original engine shed, together with many passenger coaches and freight wagons. Other locomotives can be seen being overhauled in the Locomotive Works.

There is a typical country station and signal box, and a recreation of Brunel’s original broad gauge railway together with an impressive display of smaller items in the Relics Display. On Steamdays some of the locomotives come to life and you can ride the 1930s carriages and see the activities of a typical steam age depot."
Open most weekends and all school holidays. Daily 19 - 27 February, 9 - 25 April, 28 May - 11 September, 22 - 30 October

There are 72 steam days throughout the year, when one or more steam locomotives will be working.

Special events for 2011 include Day Out With Thomas, and events when guest locomotives will be working.
