The Wedgwood Visitor Centre meets all those needs and many more besides. Set in 200 acres of lush parkland (right in the heart of Staffordshire), visitors can take a fascinating trip behind-the-scenes of one of the world's most famous pottery companies. The award-winning tour allows visitors to enjoy the entire experience at their own pace. Hands-on activities (such as throwing your own pot or painting your own plate) are available in the demonstration area, where individual craft artisans demonstrate their skills, including a Coalport painter, a jewellery maker, a hand-painter and a flower maker. Add to this a superb restaurant, exhibition areas, film theatre, and an exclusive Wedgwood shop, the Wedgwood Visitor Centre offers an all-inclusive day out for all the family.
