Location: Close to London Bridge.

Description: A unique museum portraying the life of the British people living through WW2. This is an educational adventure for children and adults and an interesting trip down memory lane for seniors. Take the lift to the London Underground air-raid shelter to see where people spent sleepless nights. Just as they watched films, here visitors can watch a film about those dramatic years. The museum features the BBC radio studio, the dressing room of wartime stars, the Anderson shelter with the air-raid happening overhead, women working for the war effort, rationing, evacuation, the shops of Southwark, the Morrison shelter, bomb disposal, the Rainbow Room for G.I.'s and the full sized recreation of a bombed-out London street with the smouldering remains of a cinema, pub and people's homes. See it, feel it, breathe it!
