Wicksteed Park in Kettering has been Northamptonshire’s most popular day out destination for many years; in fact 2011 is our 90th Anniversary year and we have a number of events planned to celebrate! With over 35 family-friendly rides and attractions set in 147 acres of parkland, its name is synonymous with fun. We welcome over half a million visitors every year between Easter and October to use our rides and to enjoy our lovely rolling parkland. We even have a campsite, so you can bring your tent or caravan and stay here, in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake! Our planned new attraction for 2011 is a synthetic Ice Rink where you can ice skate but without getting cold and wet!
Wristbands (unlimited access to rides, one per person) are £16.50 for children and £12 for adults, but you can also purchase tickets to split between friends or family. These cost £24 for 30 tickets or £1 for a single ticket. Rides mostly require 1 or 2 tickets per person. Please note that height restrictions apply.

The Park also boasts Northamptonshire’s largest entertainment venue, a beautiful 1920’s style Pavilion, which is the venue for a year round programme of daytime and evening shows and events, along with many private events such as weddings and Company dinner dances.

Wicksteed Pavilion’s resident entertainment team is busy rehearsing a brand new show for 2011, following the success of its debut in 2009. ‘Those Were the Days’ is a nostalgic musical journey through the unforgettable sights and sounds of the 1920's through to the 1970's, featuring a live band and professional cast of singers and dancers.
