The 'Friendly Line in the Cotswolds', offers a 20 mile round trip between Toddington and Cheltenham Racecourse. The views of The Cotswolds, Malverns and The Vale of Evesham are superb, since most of the line runs along embankments. The exciting 693 yard Greet Tunnel is one of the longest on a preserved railway and surely the darkest! Pop along and see the driver and fireman. Break your journey at picturesque Winchcombe Station with its tree lined picnic area or sample the delicious homemade cakes in the 'Flag & Whistle' tearooms at Toddington Station. Refreshments are also available from the buffet car on most trains. A well-stocked station shop sells a variety of 'railway' gifts. Special events are held throughout the year. Visiting locomotives. Wheelchairs can be catered for. Tickets give unlimited travel on the day of purchase. Special group rates available.
