Location: Follow brown tourist signs from J17 M5 or J18 or city centre. Rail: from Bristol Temple Meads take No. 8 or 9 bus to Zoo gates. Limited on site-parking available

Description: Bristol Zoo is a fun packed day for the whole family. Meet over 450 exotic and endangered species in the Zoo's 12-acre grounds. Visit the primates in Monkey Jungle, stroll through the lemur garden and don't miss the fantastic Seal and Penguin coast. Other favourites include Gorilla Island, the Asiatic lions, Bug World, Butterfly Forest, Twilight World, the Reptile House and the children's play area. New for spring 2009: follow in the footsteps of jungle adventurers at the new Explorers' Creek exhibit, home to three exciting areas; 'Splash', a water-play area, 'Forest of Birds' and 'Feed the Lorikeets' a truly unique experience!
