Location: M5 J18 follow A4 (Portway) to The Centre. M4 J19, M32 to city centre where signposted. Entrance located on Canons Way, off Anchor Rd. Rail: GWR, Wales & West or Virgin trains to Bristol Temple Meads - 20min walk, 10min bus (8, 508, 9, 509), or 5min taxi. Bus: all buses stop at The Centre which is 5min walk away. Plenty of on-site parking available (06.30-00.30).

Description: Explore-At-Bristol...an amazing world of hands-on discovery. With action-packed exhibits, live shows and the iconic Planetarium, Explore really is one of the UK's most exciting interactive science centres. Find out about your amazing brain and body, have a game of virtual volleyball or climb inside the giant hamster wheel! With over 170 interactive experiences there is something to intrigue every member of the family. And that's not forgetting the presenter-led live science shows, 'meet the expert' events, special toddler sessions and a changing programme of exhibitions - from DNA to sport, fossils and animation! The chrome-plated, futuristic sphere in Millennium Square is the Planetarium, where you can sit back and take a trip to the stars beneath an immersive domed screen in our daily seasonal star shows.
