Location: Junction 11, M20. Park is 5 minutes away, signposted from the junction. Plenty of on-site parking available.

Description: Port Lympne Wild Animal Park opens up an amazing world of exploration where many endangered and rare animals live in a sweeping 600-acre estate of woodland, hills and grassland.  One minute you could be on the plains of Africa - the next, in the heart of the jungle or rainforest. Magnificent views over Romney Marsh remind you that you are in one of the most picturesque corners of the Kent countryside.  The 16-acre beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding Port Lympne Mansion are an additional attraction. Recent new arrivals include a 'dancing' sifaka lemur, coatis, and baboons in an open-topped enclosure. There are also Barbary Lions, red pandas, 'flying' monkeys, the world's largest gorilla house, tigers, African hunting dogs and African elephants. You can enjoy a real safari in the 'African Experience'* where giraffe, black rhino, Zebra, ostrich, wildebeest and antelope roam free. Unique Overnight Safaris now available at Livingstone Lodge Camp (booking essential). N.B. Dogs (including Guide Dogs) are not allowed. *Small additional charge.
