Description: Come to Beaulieu in the heart of the New Forest and visit the world famous National Motor Museum with over 250 vehicles from World Land-Speed Record Breakers and F1 racers, to family cars of the 70s. A pod ride on 'Wheels' will take you on a fascinating journey through 100 years of motoring history. The museum's new exhibition for 2009 is 'Jaguar Jamboree', celebrating the Jaguar marque. Plus, don't miss the James Bond Exhibition featuring the popular Lotus Submarine Car. There's also Palace House (home of the Montagu family since 1538) where tales from the Butler, Cook and Housemaids give a fascinating insight into the workings of a Victorian household. Beaulieu also features a thirteenth-century abbey with an exhibition and film about the life of its Cistercian monk founders, while the Secret Army Exhibition tells the story of wartime Beaulieu and the training of secret agents.
