The Leighton Buzzard Railway lets you experience public transport as it was in the early part of the twentieth century, and discover the line's unique history, dating back over 85 years. The 70-minute return journey takes you through the edge of the town and out into the countryside, and features level crossings, sharp curves and steep gradients. Most trains are hauled by an historic steam engine from one of Britain's largest collections of narrow-gauge locomotives.
