Description: Wander along to Felbrigg and unravel the history of one of Norfolk's most appealing houses. A house of surprising contrasts, stroll through the hall with its fine seascapes, large collection of Grand Tour paintings and impressive Gothic-style library. Investigate the kitchen with its collection of beautiful copperware, in a domestic wing that would be the envy of any grand house. Outside, Felbrigg is a gardener's delight. Explore the restored Walled Garden with its tranquil pond, working dovecote and colourful potager gardens. Wander in the West Garden, a Victorian pleasure garden of azaleas, rhododendrons and camellias and in September the rich blooming of the national collection of autumn crocus. The rolling landscaped park has magnificent ancient trees as well as newly planted sweet chestnut, beech and oak, a lake and 200 hectares of woods with waymarked trails. New in 2008 - new displays - 'Unseen Felbrigg'.
